Pricing is as much as a tried and true Wind Vest. I'd have to stick with a WV unless the pricing was considerably less.

What material is used to make them?

2010 FLTRX, Custom paint, 107 CI, TS Bags, CM Fury 21" Wheel, too many other extra's to list.
