Carlini Gangster Apes - Let's See 'Em!

I'm 99.9% certain I've decided to get the 14" 1.25" Carlini Gangster Apes on my 2015 RGS and really want to see some pics of them on some Road Glides so let me see what you've got!

Sorry folks, not interested in hearing about Yaffes, Bukys, BRs or anything else, just looking at the Carlini Gangsters. Thanks!

Looks sharp, bro. Kind of hard to tell in the pic but did you go with the 1.5 or 1.25"?

If I were doing these bars I;d do the 1.5". I ran the Flyin' Apes 1.5" on my softail and they were sick!

I know the 1.25" version is narrower and that appeals more to me as well. I have their Evil Apes on my Road Glide in 17". Those thus far are only available in 1.25". Nice bars, 37" wide and very comfortable.

I don;t remember the Flyin' Apes being uncomfortable but I do recall they were a bit wider which I would notice during lane splitting.
Here is how the 17"'s look from the side.

Those look sick for sure. I was looking at the Evil Apes and thought that's what I wanted but the more I looked at the Gangsters the more I started leaning to them. I called Carlini and wanted to run the 1.5" but they said I couldn't on my 2015 and I honestly can't remember the exact reason off the top of my head right now. The 1.5" look awesome but I do also think the 41" wide stance would be a bit much more than I would like. No matter which Carlinis I go with, I'm going to have to change my riser.

Good looking bike, bro, and thanks for the pic. How do you like the 16's for handling with the trailer?

They are 16" x 1.50" I used Carlini riser and Alloy Art good and tight bushings. I also added cruise and heated grips with all those wires the 1.50" diameter made it very easy to pull internal wires.

I had a customer come for an install today who had 20" Carlini Gangsters in the 1.5" diameter. These bars were super tall, but so was he. I'd say at least 6'8". When my mechanic role the bike into the shop he could barely reach the bars.

Regardless, the difference between the 1.25" Gangsters and the 1.5 gangsters is huge. The 1.5" look so much nicer.

I am looking at the Menace Apes 13" or 15" for mine. Can't decide which height. I am 5' 9". Can't decide.... I don't remember seeing either option on the web site for diameter of the bars. Do they ask that when you order them or am what I want only come in one size?

I will also be asking for pointers and / or write ups for my change over. I have a 2013 custom.
