I have a 02 and it wasn't as easy as people say but I think my lights are different I had to grind the openings to make them fit

Forget what I wrote here,.. I must of been breathing to many paint fumes that day and I told you wrong.

My '05 housings swapped from front to back of the stock bracket with zero issues. I will defer to Chainsaw on the newer '09 and up differences.

I was able to adjust my headlights deep into the fairing and they sat close to flush in the SE bezel. (black painted one, vs the molded unpainted bezel).

And yes the adjusters stuck out pretty damned far... Never bothered me, much easier to get to. :-)

Disreguard my previous post here,.. I was wrong.

The 2010 and up "dual trim headlamp" part number 67959-10 can be used with your existing 09 and older headlight bulbs. I am editing a video right now on how to do it. I will reply to this thread with a link to the video.

Here is the video showing how to convert your 09 and older headlights, to the 2010 style for $60. Has all the part numbers in the video and a detailed instruction on how to do it.

If I was armed with this info before, I would have been ordering on the first batch! Good thing it's winter here, so there is no hurry! I will be ordering during the next round. Thank you for the awesome video, Chainsaw!
