I certainly will Frank.

Probably early spring before I will get up to Lonewolf for the dyno tune.

Sounds like a nice build. You might want the big bore baffle if you're going to run the fatcat. What size throttle body you running?

The big bore baffle is already in it.

Did you get another engine to start the build on? Or did you tear down the one in your bike? Sticking with the fatcat? Your probably on the border of needing a 2" primary headpipe. Then again, nothing wrong with using a 1 3/4" for real good streetable torque!

My goal is to have big torque with the parts I have collected. The Fat Cat has the longer primary for a boost in low and mid range punch. Moving up to the Borzilla with it's 2 in. primary may kill some of the down low torque I want. I would love to spend several days on a dyno testing pipes but it would be cost prohibitive.
Bottom line I guess is to pick your poison and live with it.

I bought a new SE case to work with so I wouldn't have the bike down any longer than necessary. Gotta take advantage of these sunny NW days when ever I can.

Mike I did the 117 on my 110 platform,I used the V&H power duals with Fullsacs 2" baffles.Ended up with 125,128.No tune yet ,have to get to FL to Doc and have him fine tune although it runs very well right now.Starts easy hot or cold.No decel popping.Seamless power all the way up,and burns the tire right up. Have to be careful when I crack the throttle because the front end loses positive connection.Good luck with the build and let us know how things are moving forward.

I ran a boarzilla on my first 117 build with 9b's and an hpi 55 tb with 11/1 comp and made 122hp/130tq sae with 100 tq starting at 2000 rpm. The boarzilla does better than a lot of people think at making tq. I'm sure the fatcat will do as well if not better with lowend but will lose a little up top. Either way you'll probably be very happy.

One small update for today.
I made a tool to install the primary shaft oil seal.
A new outer thrust washer and spacer were slid onto the shaft followed by the seal. Installed without a hitch.
