Haven't been on the forum in awhile, but thought I'd take a minute to share the engine build recently performed on my 2012 CVO...

Pro Twin Customs 120 ST (he says it's closer to a 122) fully blueprinted.

4 5/8 custom billet crank with I-beam Carrillo rods

Timken, custom cam grind

Pro Twin billet heads and cylinders

Pro Twin ultra-light forged pistons,

Pro Twin billet rocker boxes

Baker 7 speed

TPP pro clutch from Rivera primo

I've clocked over 10K miles since the build, and it's truly a pleasure to ride!

I know exactly what you mean. The "spending money" part never ends. The power plant is done, but the list goes on...still gotta do handlebars and stereo upgrades...

Unfortunately, my wife rides a 2014 Street Glide, so we end up having to negotiate on who gets the next modification LOL!

I hung around the shop a bit while the builder, Kevin, was working on them, but failed to get any pics. I'll hit him up and see if he has any. I'm not really mechanically inclined, but I was fascinated with the extremely detail oriented blueprinting process...ended up spending MANY hours looking over his shoulder and asking silly questions0:)

Nice job, I love my 120ST too, they are a good starting point for a build at a reasonable price, like you i built mine for reliability but it still gets up and goes, there is no reason to try and squeeze every ounce of power and torque out of it and be broken down on the road, I too have the Rivero Primo clutch and love it too, enjoy
