Hey everyone! I have a 2004 RG, I bought it last spring bone stock and had the local HD shop do the 95" kit with 203 cams. i have a D&D 2-1 exhaust and stock heads. I am 300 pounds and sometimes I get lucky enough to throw a lady on the back! I dont need 120/120 numbers but I am not happy with the power I have. I would love some ideas!
I would suggest letting us know where the power is lacking so some of the excellent engine builders on the forum can suggest a better cam , head work or maybe more cubes. I would think you would be pretty close to a 100 in hp and torque with your current build if it's tuned properly.
Congrats on your weight loss and welcome to the forum.
You have a good exhaust, but the cams are lack-luster and with the OEM heads, no doubt your looking for more.
98" is as large as you can go w/o boring cases, or installing another crank, but if in the need, a 117", or 124" is an easy remedy, in your cases.
A strong touring 98" will show at/near 108-110 hp, and 112-114 ft/bs, 107" add 10/10 plus.
A strong touring 117" will show 135-140 hp, and 140 plus ft/lbs.
124",150/150.
One thing I will caution, is that the 2004 years were THE WORST for crank slippage,(2007 coming in #2) not a sales pitch, but a word to the wise, as a search will easily verify.

As mapped correctly, not much more pwr you gonna get. Not my choice of cams, yet that's the "what I did" setup for year.
What A/C you got....take the cover off...stir ecte your rpm's out before sifting, you should feel the pull of the 95"
sht .. 300# shouldn't boughs dwn at all
