That saves me from trying to adapt a SG type vent onto my RGS.

Adjustable Vents

I have received and installed the adjustable vents from Kury. They look line the ones from a Street Glide, and install was very easy.

Function is very good. It does as claimed and I am happy with them. As far as cost, yes they are expensive, but they are far better then the little ones on the road glide.

Any pics? Are the out there? Or do they look like they belong?

They do look like they belong. The pictures in the catalog is accurate. I will try to post pics. However, sometimes they do not show up or not at all. Still running XP Pro as software on my system. If you do purchase them, be aware they are spring loaded and you must push down on them about an 1/8 of an inch to turn them then they pop up to lock into position.

I spend anymore money the wife is gonna have my ass. I'm at just under 3500 on the winter. Not including what I did in the summer. I'm over 5k in add ons in the 9 months I've owned it. And I know that's not much to some.of you. But for me. I never do that. Lol.

I love this bike.

Kury is alway the most expensive out here. You do have to keep a eye on there Chrome its crap doesn't last. I went threw 3 sets of armrest on my Goldwing they pit and rush after 3 months. Plus i keep my bike in the garage waxed them and they still pit, Kury did send me new ones but its still a lot work switching them out. May try these vent not likeing the way this shark nose blows wind all over me on these cold nights riding home from work.

And I Have the exact opposite opinion. My running lights were on My SG for 40k and about 4 years. In all kinds of weather. My scythe mirrors about the same time and miles. Never an issue. Looked like new the day I traded it in. I have no issue buying kuryakyn. I have a few do dads on this bike from them. Chrome is fine. Looks great.

Review of Kuryakn's adjustable side wind deflectors:

My bike is a 2017 with lowers, Kuryakn's fork director, ClearView shield, and Harley's crash bar mounted deflectors.

I had Sanchos Wings on my '08 and I thought they were great. With no Sancho's Wings being offered for the Rushmore RG. I purchased the Kuryakn deflectors from Dennis Kirk when I was riding through Rush City a couple of weeks ago. After a few weeks and a couple of hundred miles here are my opinions.

1. Kuryakn's follow the line of the bike and by doing so the air hits in the middle of my knee when closed. IMO, it should have been kicked out like Sancho's Wings and they would have been a great for cold weather riding.
2. Opened one notch and almost like they are not there.
3. Opened to the third position and the wind is almost completely off of my legs and directed towards the gas tank and engine. Almost no buffeting.
4. All open, I was some protection but was still getting good air circulation.

I will post again when the weather gets warmer. My opinions are riding in weather from 32-70 degrees but mostly around 50-55.

Installed a set of these on my '16 Road Glide Ultra this Spring. Just spent a week in Kentucky riding in 90+ degree weather. For me, they work. Keeps the air right in front of my body moving when open (second position works best for me). I used to have challenges with stale air heating up right at my chest level.

As for cooler weather riding, these knock the wind a bit further out from the bike when closed than the stock wings and I'm able to prevent cold air from hitting me in the knees. I can feel the heat off the engine on cooler mornings when I have them closed.

I was hesitant and waited a year based on the all the reviews. I am happy with the purchase. Should have pulled the trigger last year.

Hello I bought the Kuryakyn Adjustable Fairing Deflectors For Harley Road Glide 2015-2018 (Color: Dark Smoke) Item #1212731 They fit and look good also work great.
Also bought the Custom Dynamics LED Windshield Trim Turn Signals For Harley Road Glide 2015-2018 (Color: Amber/White / Finish: Black) Item #1214911 Fit great and looks and works like a dream.
really brings the park lights and turn signals up to eye level.
Also bought the sunvisor for Harley-Davidson 6.5 Boom!™ Box Infotainment system, should get it any day now. Hope it works to cut down or get rid of the glare.
Bought from priushood. $ 34.99

I agree. The white screen always seems to work for me. Only time was riding the other day with the sun at my back, but that shade would not have done anything to help.
