I know harleys have a history of this my 04 heritage did this but i am getting some oil on right side pipes and bags thought it was from air cleaner but it doesn't seem to be. Cant figure it out any help is appreiciated
My '15 RGS has done the same thing. I have been told extended high MPH time on the slab can cause it (happened near the end of a 3,500 mile trip for me.) My suggestion is to take it in for service while it is under warranty if you are concerned. Especially, if you can't easily pin point the source. I posted a few pics of my side cover and air cleaner so you can compare. Didn't have one of the bag but it was about the same. Good luck!
Don't fill the oil with 4 qts as the book says, I've found 3 1/2 qts puts the oil in the middle of the dipstick and most importantly, no blow by.
I just returned from Milwaukee for the 2nd time in 3 months and no oil blow by.
Hope this helps...........
