As an avid "Home brewer" I am interested to see how many other Home Brewers there are on this sight. Hit me back if you are a Home Brewer and what you have fermenting. I am currently fermenting a Honey Steam.

Brewed a lot in the 90s. A buddy and I built a setup to brew three 10 gallon batches simultaneously. We built all our own equipment and even cultured our own yeasts. We bought our grain by the pallet load from Defalco's in Houston. Even made some mead on occasion when our 6 carboys were not full of beer.

Let's see...

On Sunday afternoon gonna brew up a 5 gallon batch for the July 4 festivities at the cabin. It's a clone of Russian River's Pliny the Elder using Two-Row, Crystal 45 & Carapils malts; about 12 oz of Columbus, Simcoe & Centennial hops & Wyeast 1056 American Ale yeast.

Fermenting:
1.) Stranny's Barrel Porter - in primary now, secondary will be with oak cubes soaked for a day or so in a goodly portion of Stranahan's Colorado Whiskey.
2.) A clone of Bell's Two Hearted IPA using Centennial hops.

Conditioning:
1.) Chocolate Maple Porter
2.) Single Hop IPA using Galaxy hops

In the fridge:
1.) Single Hop IPA using Chinook hops
2.) clone of Brooklyn Brewing's Sorachi Ace Saison

Next brewdays:
1.) Belgian Tripel
2.) Imperial Stout with rum

I like experimenting with small batches (1 gallon) that can be done anytime, in the kitchen.

I agree, you have me by far, but I am designing a new HERMS system. I had a three trier (gravity fed) system but I am designing an pump fed (haven't decided if it will be propane or electric) system. for me I am a High gravity beer guy. I am going to brew Bourbon infused stout in the next few weeks.

I use to be as you can tell from my screen name, spent a lot of time on Homebrew Talk. I had a 3 tier gravity system, brewed 10 gal batches every week, a 2 door sliding glass cooler with 6 taps and a 100 gal on hand... But it got to be just much work and got into my riding time, plus it was just easier to go to the local beer store and get what I wanted. I do miss it at time but I would rather spend my time riding now.

Cheers
