So I was at the dealer last night and saw a bunch of bikes with post it notes on them that said "Recall". One of them was exactly my bike so I was curious. I walked over to service and asked. The guy told me there was a brand new recall on some bikes and he looked up my vin. Sure enough, my bike was included. He told me they did not yet have parts to fix it, but to call back in a week and they may. He said they need to keep the bike in one place overnight and it cannot be touched.

This recall is for 2016 bikes. Here is the description from Harleys recall site.

I've complained to my dealer about my clutch not disengaging and they have been unable to duplicate the issue. My bike doesn't sit more than 24 - 48 hours but it exhibits the issues in the recall. It is not included in the recall.
