Hi y'all, been riding forever, just purchased a '16 CVO, had an '09 RG then went to a Victory for a bit. FWIW: There is a huge difference in the ride quality of the Vic compared to the HD. I bought a '14 Ultra when they first brought out the Rushmore bikes. I really wanted another RG, but alas, HD didn't have one in '14. just Upgraded the Ultra to this one. Brought it home a week ago, and already have 400 miles on it. Definitely the best bike I've ever owned, and I've owned a lot.
Welcome from Michigan. Can you elaborate on the differences in ride between the Victory and H-D? I've seen a lot of folks who ride one, and like the commercial says, then own one. Just wondering what you thought about them.
Welcome from Alaska. Tell us more about the Victory comfort and handling. You said there's a big difference. Positive or negative? If my dealership would have had the right bike in stock last summer, I would have considered it (Magnum X?). I'm not sure if that's the right model name. Took the RGS for a test ride and never looked back... Congrats on the new bike!
