It's Ohlin's, and JRI .........

My JRI's are in at Howard's, soon as I get them on and get some miles on them I will put up some feedback.

HD made the frame change in 09 to accommodate the wider rear tire just to compete with the metric bike manufactures and custom bike builders. Are the newer bikes more marketable I would say yes because the bigger rear tire and the wider rear fender looks better then the earlier models and it captures a younger market. As for the new frame vs the old frame I would take the old frame over the new frame but that is JMO
I guess we disagree on a lot, but check the specs, the new frame does a little more than just accommodate a wider rear tire, if you were to strip down an 08 and an 09, you'd see a few more differences. But to each his own. I had an 07, if the only difference in the ride was the size of the tire, I'd still be on the 07. Nothing wrong with the old frame, but IMO the new frame is better.

2010 FLTRX, Custom paint, 107 CI, TS Bags, CM Fury 21" Wheel, too many other extra's to list.

I gotta ask, why the touring link on your 2012? I had one on my 2006, but I thought the 09 newer frames didn't need them. Just wondering.
