The grills are made to order I accept payment thru paypal, at carismaaudio@gmail. The newest design is the 1/4 round hole design these shipped to your door are 55.00 as well as the hex design which has been the most popular to date. The small 1.8 hole size and the oval are 50.00 shipped to your door the oval may be fazed out due to it not being too popular. these are all made out of aluminum and are available powdercoated now it does take more time since it is outsourced. I want to say thanks to all of the orders from the forum members. Thanks Jason

well don't rush your recovery on behalf of anyone here. I'm more than positive you have a good following here anyways and we are willing to wait. But a quick question, once you work up those headlight covers how thick is the material and I assume pressing them will give them some structural integrity. also have you considered making them of the weave mesh material?

the material is pretty thin so the press comes out properly, I would have to check out the thickness of the woven material. By pressing them out they do get pretty rigid, at least the grills do Thanks Jason

I have checked into pressing the mesh metal out and I will have to do some retooling first to see if they will press out, so the headlight grill will come out first.
