Sena Headsets

I wanted to pass on my good experience with my Sena Headsets. I purchase the Sena Bluetooth units more than a year ago along with the Helmet Clamp Kits to use with half helmets and ear buds.

After using them for roughly 1 year I started to have issues with the plug in portion for the ear buds breaking apart for the main part of the clamp. Upon looking them up online I noticed that the headsets had been redesigned in the area I was having issues with.

Long story made short. I contacted Sena, explained my issues and was told to send in both clamps and I was sent brand new updated versions and only had to pay for return freight.

I am extremely happy with the units in how they perform and with the service received by Sena. If you are looking for Bluetooth Headset the Sena Units are worth a look.

That's great to hear. I just ordered a set, and they arrive tomorrow. I had heard about their superior customer service, and that helped make the decision. Thanks for posting.

What if the Hokey-Pokey really is what it's all about?
