Well I figured I would get started documenting my mods. Better Late then never I guess. I will start from the beginning the best I can. If you have seen these pictures before (and too many times) I apologize.

Blame dmize for my doing this LOL

I was looking for a 2013 110th CVO. I was on 4 waiting lists. My Local sales guy called me and said I need to come in and look at the bike. He said it would be worth my wild, so I headed in. 2 hours later I was signing on the line. I got a killer deal and fell in love with the bike.

I bought her back in Oct of 2012
2012 FLTRX
I named it "The War Horse"
HD Color Shop 'Flashover" #30/200 Black With Gold Flake
My Skill Level: "Enough to screw something up really really bad"

Thanks Duncan!

I got my bag liners today. Looks like it's not just a drop in which is what I hoped for. I need to glue and trim them to fit so I guess it will have to wait until the weekend. I also need to order new gaskets for the bags if I want to tuck the lid cover in tight.

I did drop them in to see how they look and I must say if I don't screw them up it should look awesome.

Yea I will admit it. EPIC FAIL on the liner install this weekend. It's NOT easy to get right. I admitted failure before I wreaked them. That means the wife stopped me before I screwed them up.

SOOOO I took them to a guy here in town that does high end upholstery work. He is charging me a fortune to get them installed but I know he will do it right. He is going to make false flat bottoms so I can stash tools under there, re-stitch a bunch of places he saw that were needing it, mount ALL the hardware over the liners and do the glove box liners as well.

I'm going to do like Dmize and mount an acc/usb port in one glove box and my ipod nano mount in the other, so its better he does the glove box liners too...

He is a friend of a very close friend so he fit me in and it should be done by Thursday. I spoke to a couple of guys who said he turned them away a month ago because he was booked until August.

I got my Bags back today and they came out great! If I was to do it again I WOULD NOT buy the ebay liners again. I would have them made by the guy who installed them. He did a lot of of repairs to the bag liners. I need to get the tethers embroidered now :)

Look what came in the Mail Today!!! Thanks Dragos!

Hawg Wired 6 pack installed.

My thoughts are its loud and the sound is better. I thought I would of been more impressed but then again I am an audio snob. I can hear clearly no problem full throttle and my scoot is loud as they get. I am happy.

Install was easy except for the usual fairing difficulties. Should be easier the next time I replace the turn signal bolts with threaded studs and chrome acorn nuts. Goes together much easier now.

These were taken outside not in a building.

After Hawg Wired 6 Pack

The app on the my phone is pretty darn accurate. I compared it vs my buddies DB Meter and it was dead on. Remember these reading are using my ipod and should of used a CD but I don't have those any more LOL...

I also sealed the slip-ons with hi-temp silicone decel pop all but gone.
Installed the Soos 1" Floor boars extensions (finally)
Washed, polished, sealed and waxed her all down.

Its been a long but good weekend.

What app is that? Also, can't leave me hanging!!?? How was the Blacklight/V7/Wax combo!?
The App is "db Meter Pro" for for the Iphone $.99

Bike looks AWESOME after the treatment! Took under an hour to do the whole bike, DP max and all. It's like butter. Thanks for the tips man!

Wow, really like these. I waited 5 weeks for Yaffe Monkey bars and they show up with messed up powder coating and now I cant get a hold of them. Awesome!

May need to move my order to Buky Bars, do they like money? Apparently Yaffe doesnt...
