Does a front fender contour exist for the stock tire 130/70B18 ?

Klock Werks makes a fender for that size. I'm sure there are others.

This is the Fatkatz front fender that works well with the stock Wheel/tire,

Yes, that's about what I had in mind. Where did you get it? Was it a nice fit?
