That is a beautiful guitar that you have! How do you like it as a player?
more or less perfect, minor indent under the 'D' chord, which is really common.
for the age it is considered normal wear, had true tone music, santa monica go over it, repair all joints and inspect and setup, normally I don't bother with stuff like that, but it's so old and rare, it got the "royal treatment" they graded it at 3% and fixed all the cracks, most you can't even see glue gives up, they needle in filler bonder, not as bad as a Gretch on weepage, but old guitars develop cracks
Guitar is actual still under warranty, for that type of repair, but there have been horror stories of guys sending in vintage Gisbons and getting the wrong one back
intonation is spot on, at least as close as possible. gets a little bit off around the 10th fret with bar chords. the bridge is original and adjustable but only goes so far back on the D string. replaced one strirrup and all pegs.
plays like butter, almost as easy to play as my les paul electric.
