Why test a new 2015....Something changed in/on the motor???
Just curious on the notice.
All serious vendors test their products against the newest models. That way, they can say, for certain, that their products are compatible with that model year. Otherwise, they are making assumptions, and we all know what happens when you assume...

pretty good for a stock bike, i had to go stage 1 on my 103 fatbob to get those numbers. Not far off from my tuned stage 2 numbers on my '13 RGC. I guess that new intake and cams they put in really make a difference!

Did you do any fine tuning before the dyno run, or was it "out of the box" stock?

I've been trying to figure out what the more bulbous headlight area on the '15s reminded me of, your last pic jogged my memory, it reminds me of a bug - specifically a praying mantis. Just the bug eyes, not the rest of it. Yah baby, Mantis Glide! And I'm making that observation straight and sober! Funny how a couple of very minor changes in something can bring on a whole new design element focus in someone's eyes.

Thanks,

This is actually very important info as many of the new sound laws being enacted state that any exhaust mods cannot leave the bike louder than stock.

Installing our Fuel Moto Pro Billet Stage 1 air cleaner on our 15 Road Glide. During development we found that the Rushmore cover works well, however the size and flow of the OEM filter element is greatly lacking for anything over stock power levels as the element is only 1" thick. Here are some various pictures that note the differences

15 Road Glide back on the dyno this week with Stage 1 testing. We installed a FM Pro Billet Stage 1 air cleaner and tested an assortment of aftermarket mufflers (as well as the factory mufflers) on the factory head pipe. Each combination was tuned with Dynojet Power Vision. We made good performance improvements over stock, each muffler we tested was a solid performer and were within 3Hp/3Tq overall. With the addition of a Stage 1 air cleaner and tune we picked up about +7Hp/7Tq on average.
