You will NOTICE ~ I highly recommend going to a six piston caliper if you go to a single ~ we ride some heavy beasts ~ SemperFi

+1. It's nice to show your wheels but I'd rather be able to stop quicker.

When I switched to a single sided, I bumped up to a 6 piston caliper. I do not notice any difference whatsoever.

Tracy, I want to make sure I understand you correctly. You don't notice a difference because the 6 piston caliper is doing it's job? OR, you don't notice a difference and the 6 piston caliper was a waste of money?

Sorry for the confusion. The 6 piston caliper is doing its job.

Most people will go to a 13" rotor and a 6 piston caliper. I'd use a steel braided line as well. We do this conversion for lots of people. Personally, I'm a dual disc guy, but that is just me.
