With advertised mileage like that they should stick like glue in the twisties!

I have not heard much about these tires and am interested to hear some real world results.

6 to 8k miles is the norm once you get into the larger wheels/tires. I wish Michelin would make commanders in a 21 but they do not... Personally I have a good experience with Avon and Metzler both, however I would go with Avon if it were me.... Keep us posted.

Jack,
I haven't had a set on my RG but I did have a set on my Sportster and loved the way they handled, but they did go quick. Same thing with my buddy who had them on his Dyna Street Bob. Great tire but the fun is gone by the 6K mark.

I have the 18" on my rear wheel, would have liked to have gotten a front as well but not offered in a 21". I have had it on about a year and have less than 5k miles on it and already feel like it needs to be changed. Great in corners and twisties I can lay this baby over in a turn but I will be going back to the Metzler ME 880 to match the front. It didn't out perform the Metzler enough for me to get another.

I actually talked to a customer the other day who informed me that Michelin started making the Com II in a 120/70/21 although i am yet to be able to find any info on it. They got it from Chaparral Motorsports in San Bernardino, CA.
