I suggest you do all four corners (a LOT brighter than the stock incandescents). If you do go that route, then you'll also need a load equalizer: http://www.customdynamics.com/loadequalizer.htm
I have a brand new one for sale for an FLTRX if you are interested. Only reason I am selling it is because I am getting an Ultra and it uses a different version of the SE.
I did the front and rear turnsignal replacements as well as the rear brake light. I have had no problems at all and am very happy with the increased visibility. Everyone comments on the brightness. I am using the CD load equalizer with the HD turn/brake module for the rear turn signals.
