I just recieved mine today  the bottom snaps in, you are supposed to drill two holes for the well nuts on top, good idea, it secures the unit and you won't be able to see the screws unless you look from the bottom.

Im wondering where the best place to take mine is. I have the denim black?? I know harley sells it in a spray can but I would rather have it done right. Im not that skilled in the paint area. Any suggestions?

I was thinking the same thing! I don't know of anything thing they make that doesn't take 3-4 months to get.
Of all the times of the year for shopping, and you're going to shut down production for 2 weeks around Christmas???????????
Well at his prices he doesn't have to sell many to make a profit I guess.

Got mine today I think it will look good. I am actually painting it a gloss black with clear. No complaints quality is great (as is always the case )

Ordered one badass scoowl from Paul Yaffe last week. Was informed from the beginning that it would take one week before they ship out due to back log. Will post pic when i receive it and then once back from paint.
