18mm bungs

Jamie, Thanks for the price quote on the ThunderMax. I have a question about the bungs. You mentioned I need to weld in 18 mm bungs. Do I plug the old holes and drill new ones in each pipe? Looks too crowded to stack bigger bungs on a 2010 FLTRX in the stock location.

I'm not Jamie, but I'm about to add a ThunderMax to my '07 FLTR. It's equipped with the same stock 2 into 1 2010 Harley exhaust you have. You'll need to plug the 12 mm bungs you have now, & add 18 mm bungs 4 or 5 inches from the exhaust ports in the head. Look at the video on Zippers web site.

If you have an auto tuner it comes with instructions about where to put the bungs. I will post the instructions when I get home, to be more helpful.
