Click on GPS SYNCHRONIZATION..... then click on the Garmin communicator plugin in AUTOMATIC MODE... install that.... then you can click on DETECT MY DEVICE. From there you export to the GPS.
NOTE: It will only do one route at a time...... you need to have the route open that you want to Sync. Register, so that you can save your routes on the website.

the ride planner is a substitute for Mapsource but not a very good one IMO. It doesn't have gas stations, museums, stores etc that Mapsource has.
It has satellite view but not the street view that Google Earth provides (accessible from a pull down Mapsource menu).
Mapsource has other capabilities that Ride Planner does not (duplicate route, invert route and the mini-map for faster navigation.

Amen, I love my 665. I like the XM, I like the traffic service, and I love the weather radar maps as well.
