My experience has been a positive one. I ordered CRF's, lowest pricing and they were at my door in 2 days. I know it is probably due to my living in Ca already, however still no issues and great customer service. I will not hesitate to order from them again.......

You never got the gifts?
I told the shipping guys to mail you some things. I will have them resend them tomorrow.
Also, we told you that we would let you know when we get the speakers in, unfortunately, we never got these in from J&M.
We are a stocking dealer with J&M products and we can not control what they send. They were saying March 15, but like we have been telling everyone who ordered the non-rokker standard speakers, we did not get them in. This is out of our hands, we can not control everything.
We were very upfront with you, letting you know the speakers are not available.
Its pretty much the same story (as we went over on the phone) for the FBI backrest. We did not have any in stock. When we sourced it again and had it ready to ship, the price was up $50. This was not something we can control either. There is no way for us to tell the price until we get the next shipment, then at that point, we would change the price accordingly.
There are tens of thousands of parts out there, and to know what every manufacturer is doing at all times is almost impossible.
Even major corporations like JP and DK have this issue occasionally.
We apologize for not having the speakers in stock, and for not letting you know that they are still out of stock. We usually just let people know when it is in stock, instead of emailing everyone that parts are still unavailable.
Again, I will have the shipping team mail out the promised gifts tomorrow since you have not gotten them yet. Ill put a tracking number on it just to make sure it gets there.

Thank you! I just like being kept in the loop of things. I will more than likely order from you guys again. I will probably just make sure I call and only order in-stock items.

Bad customer service
I dont like to bad mouth any company but im at my boiling point with the shipping process of DHP. This is my first time ordering from them so can anyone tell me if its normal that my pipes havent even SHIPPED and no info when i call and its been 10 days??? i need to know so that if it is the norm I wont get so upset. BTW Ive called several times and I get the old "let me check and ill call you back"
im just really fustrated with the run around, if its not in stock SAY SO, if your not going to call me back STOP telling me youll call me back! i believe if a fella spends his hard earned greenbacks with your company instead of his many other options, you should do better by them. hell i could of spent the extra 150 bucks and got HD to get them... iI was told it would ship direct in 2-3 working days (TEXAS), and I know stuff happens, but what i dont like is when they dont shoot str8 with you and give you the run around. Theres a big difference in the tone of voice when they are getting your credit card info vs the tone you get when your trying to find out where your stuff is. sometimes the best deal isnt worth the bad service. jmo

Ordered my V&H system from dr vtwin. Received the slip ons in 2days. Received the header pipe 2 days later. He will price match Anybody's best price.Great costumer service.

Not terribly impressed, placed an order a week ago today(19th), just now got the email that says it's been shipped(26th). A full week to ship?? I placed an order with another company on the same day and had it in my hands yesterday(25th), 6 days order to receipt.
Hmmm??

I'll be giving DHP another shot, Frank looked into things, made amends as much as he could, and the effort is appreciated. In similar situations I've had other vendors simply say "tough, that's the way it is" to which they receive exactly what they deserve. I owe DHP another chance.......I'm sure I'll find something at SharkWeek that I'll have to have.<G>

that is great turnaround. I must be one of the unlucky ones because I ordered my cables and wire kits on Monday July 2 and got an order received confirmation....that was it!!! I called yesterday(friday July 6) and was told it should ship USPS today(friday)....well as slow as the the Postal Service is from Ca to Tx...I might have the cables by end of my vacation. So much for planning on the teardown this weekend. I do understand with the holiday in the middle of the week will throw some off, but the level of "CUSTOMER SERVICE" is just not right. great prices on most products, but if I knew it was gonna be this long I would have gone with my local dealer and taken his 20% off for a few bucks more. He would have had to order thru Drag Specialties/Tucker?etc. but I would of had it by the end of the week. I do live and learn though....guess it is back to waiting....waiting....waiting.....waiting
