without having done the build or tune it is difficult to speculate. However note our fm "hellraiser" builds are essentially blueprinted builds we do in house with the greatest attention to detail. While your mix of parts may be the same the difference is very likely in the details. Did they check squish, deck height, etc.. And correct if necessary when they were doing the build? What oil and fuel did they use? How was the motor broke in? And on and on. I would strongly suggest checking the tune as it is especially critical with a high output build like this, and if necessary have the engine builder and tuner contact us and we are here to help. Also note the 58mm tb is likely not doing you any favors for left side power and torque but it should still work. The fact that there is not a afr graph on your dyno chart and it is also detonating would point straight to the tune, if it is pinging at all at wot during the dyno runs the knock retard is pulling timing=and performance. I had a 107 S&S side winder kit with a 58 mm TB installed in my 07 softtail, and that S.O.B would flat out run. In fact I'm thinking about converting my 01 RG to a 107 S&S. Your problem might be the wrong size injectors in the 58 mm TB.
