MCAdmin is what you would call the owner, or big boss. They (being the one person who is behind the screen logged in at MCAdmin) are the person employed by Vertical Scope, the owners of the forum. Vertical Scope owns a lot of online forums, blogs and other things, so not sure if the people they are appointing to us are just interns or have to much on their plates. That is the only person with enough credintials to change a few major things with the forum. Deleting posts, moving threads, banning people the other Adminstrators can do,.. but changing how the login process is, can only be done by them.

As for new Admin, BillyBob used to appoint people as he saw fit when he owned the forum. At Shark Week II we (the 3 admin in attendance) added TracyB since she was so involved and did so much for the forum for shark week, and for the forum in general. There really is no process,.. its just adding more people as we think its needed. Right now its not a problem,.. we have enough admininstrators to cover the forum. The problem right now is, the ability for any Tom, Dick, and aalahaj to join the forum and start posting spam.
