World's Longest Poker Run

Was in west Texas earlier in the week and learned about this event. 410 miles. Terlingua to Presidio to Marfa to Ft. Stockton to Alpine to Terlingua.

The 2013 event is the weekend after the Texas M&G in Medina. Anyone from out of state wanting to take a great Texas vacation, come to both. Best stuff in the state during the best time of year to take it all in.

That Poker Run looks cool. I'm planning on coming to the M&G but don't have the vacation time to hang around for both. Too bad you didn't know sooner maybe you could have coordinated the M&G closer to the Poker Run

I think I took vacation the 12-21 of April. 900 miles from Denver, Co to Terlingua Texas. Long ride for 1 day. Maybe I can do a day trade and leave on the 11th.

You'd enjoy that part of Texas. Some of it will remind you of the mountains and roads in Colorado, except a lot less traffic and higher speed limits!
