Winter 2012/13 Upgrades: Whar r ur plans?

Once the big snow arrives (hopefully it won't !) and the driveway is packed snow and ice then I'll start the following winter projects:

Definites:

Heritage or KW +2 bars
New grips while I'm at it
LED turn/brake light install

Maybes:

Angled rear crash bars

Long term:

Madstad

Waiting for the snow to fly, then off to the races,

Front Fender and Fairing to the paint shop to "fix" (spelled repainted) the chips I received from SFO a pickup. I"ll never do another custom paint job.

Have my console and tranny insert painted black, silver and orange by the same lady that did my floorboards,

Powder coat run for my "Chainsaw" floorboards

Install my headwinds spot/signal lights.

Then ride the darned thing.

putting on the extended bags that are sitting in box. Put on the black engine cover kit thats in a box when I do the engine mods. Engine mods... Probably Dragos stage 2 CNC heads, 10.5:1 pistons, 58mm throttle body and hi flow injectors and set of cams to be determined. LED headlights. Rear CVO fender/fascia if I have money left over.

Planning on: removing upside down scallop and pin striping, install dash lights, new day maker, paint engine black, put black primary cover on, re-route some wires, new rubber front and back, maybe hydrographic the inner fairing

1. Torn between black or chrome forks
2. After I decide the forks getting mono-tubes for sure
3. May get my heads done
4. May get the dragos 2-1 exhaust
5. May switch from 14" to 16" apes - too many choices that I like

His Hard Copy catalog is bit better.

These are called Revolver Vampires. I had them built special order. I am wiring so the signals are not running lights, and the spots run off of the ACC switch.

I had mine special ordered with the pointed (vampire) eyebrow so it would blend with my front fender's black point, and the silver for well.... silver.

I have a bunch of mods for the winter.
I just picked up the RG in June and it was pretty much stock.
removing the rear signal & brake lights & licence plate to clean up the back end.

1) Extended hardbags w/cut out for TD's
2) extended fender & fillers w/plasma rods (turn/run/stop)
3) Stealth III license plate
3) cam swap SE 204's w/adjustable pushrods
4) Progressive drop-ins -lower 2"
5) strip/sand & polish legs.
6) 21" front wheel
7) Into Lonewolf for a tune

just done:
Heavy Breather
MGS true duals
TTS
C&C solo w/backrest

all I need to do is find the right 21" front wheel, any1 looking to sell, let me know what you have got.
