I recently bought a GoPro Hero2 and have been experimenting with it in preperation for a long road trip. I have been using the suction cup mount. I have placed the mount on the...
Faring on top of the radio
Faring (left side and right)
Front fender (top/front)
Side of the Saddle bag

I get vibration from mounting it in ALL those locations.

A down side of the suction cup mount is that the arms of it don't articulate in all directions which limits the movement and placement of the camera.

I plan on trying the helmet mount next but I do not regularly wear a helmet.

Can anyone be of any help? How can I elimiate this vibration?

Recently bought the GoPro2 for Sturgis and mounted it to my helmet. Great videos. Only problem I am having is dealing with the large video files. Anyone else have this problem. I have numerous videos over 1 gb. Not sure how to upload such large files to YouTube. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I haven't tried mine on my new Glide yet, but I used to mount mine on the engine guard on my Deluxe. Also would mount it to one of the passenger pegs facing backwards. Both worked well with no vibration issues at all.
