I personally like clearview, eperimenting with height, but as far as build quality etc i really like them.
Right now I have a few laying in my garage but I definitely stick with clearview.

I can't wait for a Madstad for my RGC but I spent SO MUCH $$$ on mods, that it will have to wait a bit.
Funny thing is this buffeting issue. Yes, you feel it, but after hearing all this talk of "F5 wind blasts on the RoadGlide" I have to laugh a little. The gentle breeze one gets at 60 mph cannot be compared to the gale force blasts from my wide open FatBoy. It's all relative, I guess.
I'd like a little less buffeting. I just mounted that chrome wind deflector thing between my forks, but haven't got to try it out yet. More than anything else, I'll consider the Madstad an upgrade to the stereo.

The 13" Madstad showed up today. I'll have it and the new bars on the bike before Sunday. One week in with my FLTRX and already over $1100 in mods. This has to stop...

OK, so I installed the Madstad this morning and put 124 miles on today and I'm very happy with the way this thing performed. The ride home on I95 was 80 to 85mph and there simply is no comparing before and after. I installed the HD deflectors last week and now the Madstad and I think I'm done. I also got a set of Sancho's wings, but I'll have to wait and see before installing them.
Thanks, for the input!

Vented lowers, updraft deflectors and the right shield will make for a very pleasant ride. I am 5' 8" with a 28" inseam and a 10" Windvest works great for me. If I went clear I could prolly go with a 12" but the 10" works just fine.

Same height and inseam and the 15 inch Cee Glide has worked very well for me. I have rode with it for about 7,000 miles and very happy. I do have lowers and Sancho wings.

I am on a MADSTAD & Love it ~ Had a 16 KlockWerks ~ Like it but do not like looking through the windshield... Bike came with the 12" HD CVO shield.
The Madstad gives you unlimited options.
