need help

Guys I just picked up a 21 front wheel off a 2008 street glide will it just bolt up to my 2005 road glide .Do have to change the bearing and that pole inside the wheel please help

The 2008 SG had 25mm bearings from the factory, your 05 will be 1" bearings. You will need to change bearings and spacer to 1" or buy a 25mm axle. Either way will work if this is an aftermarket wheel, which being 21" I assume it is.

When you say "CVO" wheel, is it a Harley wheel from their catalog? The reason I'm asking is some of the newer wheels from Harley will not accept 1" bearings. The outside diameter is the same on both 25mm and 1" bearings, but the width is different. Most late model wheels from Harley do not have bearing pockets in the wheel that are deep enough to install 1". Just trying to make you aware of possible problem.

No its a pm cvo wheel

If it is a Performance Machine wheel you will need to change the entire hub set.

Pm hubs are proprietary as well so you will need to get a PM hub.

Hogpro you are right i had to change it all the hub the bearings and rotors
wow I think I should have got a new wheel instead of a used one but it on bike now and look good I want to change the spacer to chrome can i do that Hogpro

Yes you can change them to chrome. PM makes a nice looking spacer although they are pricey. harley also makes a nice tapered front spacer that you can get at the dealer.

You should have recieved axle spacers when you purchased your new hub. I would check with the dealer that purchased the hub for you.
