Monotube -1 or -2
I'm sure this subject has been covered but I'm too lazy to keep searching. I've got a 21 on the front and I'm about to change my uppers and lowers so I decided to do the monotubes at the same time. My question is can I go the full 2" and not hit my fender? I'm a pretty large guy(6'1" 290lbs), not sure if size of rider matters any. I also still have the crash bar and intend to keep it and I'm planning to do rear air ride later this winter if any of that matters.

Just do it.........
-2" monotubes up front and currently 12" Arnott out back. I have yet to bottom out, or even feel like I was going to/or close to it. Ride is firm, but not hard or harsh. Personally prefer a firmer ride. These days I seem to be doing a lot of 2up riding and still no issues.........but that's just my $.02
He's what it looks like

That's 21 with -2? For some reason I thought it was a 23.

Yes sir, that is -2" with a 21".......fender is a stretched BadDad, thicker and sits a little taller. Still haven't had an issue with fairing/fender contact

Heres a little comparison for ya. Mine has a 21 wheel & 2 in drop. Frankies has an 18 wheel & 2 in drop. No issue with mine.
