Kuryakyn Perfect Storm Installed
I've been looking at all the threads about the Kuryakyn Perfect Storm and the other exhausts on the market. I was at the Lone Star Rally in Galveston,Tx this week where Kuryakyn has a big booth and install bays. One of their demo bikes with the Perfect Storm installed was a nice looking Road Glide. That won me over and had one installed on my 2012 FLTRU. Sounds great and instant power on the throttle. Kept my stock Harley air cleaner cover over the new high flow system to give it a semi stealth look. Got other Kuryankn lights and pegs installed and all total about 4 hours install time. Only was charged $100 labor! Very happy with everything!

Fuel Moto has an a/c kit that uses the stock cover. I like it.

Yes,that included the TTS Master Tune. Saw several other Harleys get the system installed while I was there. Went by the tent again and told it was installed on a couple of other Road Glides also.

That is great. My brother and I went there. It was great to see so many sharks in one place.

Just had my first gas fill up after the Perfect Storm install and got 42.1 mpg. Just have a little less than 3000 miles on the bike and best mileage I've gotten is 45mpg once and average is 38-45 mpg.

I know this is a wacky question, is it much louder than stock? Not looking for louder but more power may be fun.

It is louder than stock but not way out loud. I have D&D on my Sporty and those are loud. The Perfect Storm has a nice throaty rumble at idle and you can make them blast when you open up the throttle.
