This look right (lowers)?
I thought they would hug closer to the crash bar, but it seems like everything is lined up right. I can't find a good picture to compare.

Sweet, just wanted to make sure. I really like the look and I'm looking forward to a little more storage space for junk. The magnetic flaps will be here tomorrow.

I occasionally throw some crap in mine but generally don't use them for storage like I thought I would. You won't regret having them though either way. I'd actually like to put speakers in mine some day

HD makes liners for them to keep your stuff from bounicing ~ I have em in mine with the locking doors (bought em used), I'm waiting on the CVO painted ones - could be awhile... Looks correct on the install...

I use mine to carry bugslide and microfiber cloth to clean the windshield. Wrap the bottle in the cloth and it won't rattle on the road. Yes the lowers look like mine as far as how they mount.

As others have verified, installation looks right. They only fit on one way - it would be hard to not install correctly.
I have a set of locking doors on mine. The snaps suck.

Yeah, I know they aren't backward or anything. I just thought the snugged up to the side if crash bar more. Thanks.

the gap at the bottom of the clamps looks a little big to me...but you have them on right,it might just be the angle,or a reflection.
