can anyone tell me if i change my pistons which is 10to1 to 10.5to1 will it give engine a noticable diffence in power an will it make engine run hotter (put out more heat)

sure it will make more power,but youve got to make sure your cam will support the added compression,as far as heat goes,once again if your cam isnt right for the added compression,yes it`ll run hotter (make sure your tune is right too)

What is your current engine build? More horsepower = more heat, heat is power.

the build is a 107 575 mackey cam248 lift 248 duration revolution heads flowed an decked v&h power dualls with monster ovalls revoltion perf. fuel mang. 10to1 pistons power 91hp102tq not enough iwas going to put 30thous head gasket that would drop dn to 10.2to1 should help some an putting a 58mm tb on it also

If the intake closing event of that cam, is at 45* or a tick later, then 10.5 is OK.

Had a 107" in my Ultra ~ 10.5 to 1, then I had the heads decked (Blew a head gasket) no noticeable difference in heat, slight improvement in power ~ this could have been due to the gasket ~ .....

That cams intake closing is 42*, they recommend up to 10.2-1 compression ratio.
So you idea of a .030 head gasket would put you right where you ought to be. And is pretty cheap to do.

I bought a 55mm tb but sent it back wasnt right one got a 58mm i hope its not to big an motor can handle it , should i use stock injectors.or the big ones

Stock injectors are good for 100 HP according to the HD catalog. You should be making way more than that.

On an engine that carries a high VE, you'd be surprised how far an OE injector will go.
