i went with a PM 23 with stock spacerson my 2012 cvo and was wondering about 2 problems one is the ABs ligt is on and second i stoped kinda quick and the fender dings the crash bar. what can be done about both of them ?

I know a few guys running 23" w/stock forks. They said that they use extra heavy fork oil to stiffing the damping. But I do see a several of those guys w/a small dent as you experience.

Any news on those Pickard trees guys? I am getting the 23" itch again. I dinged my fender Running a 21" and progressive -1 drop on the crash bar. I want to upgrade to the 23 now though, thanks

Slightly differnt problem:
I used the tri-glide trees and the guage nacelle doesnt line up with the holes on the triple trees.
The other problem is the forks are hitting the fairing with the extra rake. Did you guys have to extend the fairing bracket?

Heavy oil ( screamin eagle heavy weight ) and they are using spacers in the bottom of forks to limit travel ( most use 2 or 2 1/2 nicks of PVC PIPE) or builders will sell billet spacers ( PVC works just as good) ... I'm going with Trickey Trees 9 degree trees plus heavy oil and spacers....

nAUTICAL cUSTOMS SELLS SOME HEAVY DUTY RUBBER TO BE USED This give you a little shock absorbing as opposed to hitting that hard PVC if you bottom out

All........Pickard trees are in....should have them on hopefully with in the next week or so. For all those people that are hitting their fenders. The best way to stop it is installing a stop inside the fork. I have a 1 1/2"PVC spacer iside my forks. People use many different ways, but this is what I'm running. It saves my new fender from getting hit! I now have around 3600 miles on the 23" with the HHI trees. As long as I'm cruising everthing is find. Once I get over 85MPH a wobble comes in.......(The bike is moving like a S motion). Lower tire pressure...make the bike ride better....Higher tire pressure......makes the bike ride like shit!!!! I found all this out the HARD WAY....... It's all a Science.......If rake and trial are not correct....FA GETTT A BOUT IT!!!!!! Hopefully pickard trees do the job......If not....I will reinstall the stock tress and cut the neck over the winter.....Will keep everyone informed of my findings.........Sorry for all the Delays......My 5 year old is in school and need Daddys help.....and Hurricane Sandy didn't help out either!!!!!! BUT my Bike and I made it through the storm!!!!!!!!!
