My next couple of stupid questions. Where would I buy "Blitz Black" and adhesion promoter? Home Depot?? Is this stuff in an aersol can?
I'm lined next month to have Feuling's oil pump, cam plate and Timken inner cam bearings installed. So saddle bag covers are a January project.

For 4 days in a row since I joined FB as myself, I had to jump through hoops. 1 day I had to verify myself, and go through 6 friends pictures to see if I could identify them. The next day I had to verify via my phone #, and ensure it really was me. The next day I got a warning for something I don't even remember,.. then the 4th day I got a notice I was banned for 30 days for spamming. The only thing I can think of,. was the HD page. They give you no way to contact them to see why or question the ban, I guess they expect me to just take it. First guy that I meet that works for facebook is gonna get a fist in his throat, for nothing else but the hassle of it all.
I suggest Bulldog adhesion promotor. You should be able to get it at Walmart or any other automotive store. Blitz Black can only be found at John Deere dealers, unless you live in California then I suggest moving to another state.

Thanks for the info on the paint and promoter, I'll get some soon. I lived in CA. for 23yrs. Nevada is the way to go, NO state personal income tax, I think CA just raised their's to 13.3%.
Anyways, thanks for the info.

NP,.. just follow the instructions on the adhesion promoter,.. but in light light coats. Same as the paint. You don't want a big pile of paint on top,.. just enough to cover. I'll get mine done here soon and post up pics.
