I've seen that tool (I think Jims sells one too). Great option, far superior than doing this freehand... Still think you'll need to remove the front head to get a straight shot at it tho.

Now, you weren't tightening this to ft/lbs but in/lbs. Right?

Skratch / Rage, pulled pipes, it snapped lower than I thought so I'm gonna get it to the dealer this week. Thanks for the link to the jig from Jim's. and the welded nut suggestion.

Good luck, hope they don't shake too much cash out of you! I bet they have the jig already. Breaking off low is actually better as it's easier to pilot the drill bit down the center. (and use a tool like that shown earlier)
