so far no update. when I ordered it they said 3-4 weeks. if I would have got one off the shelf it wouldn't have been more then a week. but I had them build mine with a welded crank just in case I wanted to add a blower later in life.

Smart, best time to do the crank even if it is a S&S crank. Just checking in. Can't wait for updates.

Less than 6200$ for à polish motor S&S 124? On their web site, it is written 10, 600$. ???

I figure at that price, it is not installed and not tuned on dyno. I also wonder about the transmission. Many people has to change trans bearing with a 110...

This motor for 07 and newer is not on S&S website because they use Harley S/E cases. But all S&S dealers can order them for you. Retail is $6200 but you can get them for well under $6000 with a welded crank its about 6k.

And they come wrinkle black to match the original color of the trans. Your looking at about 8k when you get all your parts together and dyno tuned.

I just thought I'd give you an update on the 124" S&S I'm doing. It's supposed to ship a week from today. S&S is short on cases and they are currently developing their own cases so they will no longer be using the SE cases in about 6 months or so. Another bit if information is that all S&S flywheels are plugged with a solid one piece plug whether they are welded or not. I look forward to getting this project under way!

Just an update. Received tracking numbers this morning. Motor is on its way to me!!!!!!!!
