I just figured it out. If I maintain a constant speed of 53.0809 mph, I can make the 2260 miles in 1 day and 18 hours. Now if I add gas stops, meals and rest breaks, I can make it some day.

I can't wait, new TW555 cam and SE compensator in Stormy will flatten the hills and UP the fun factor too!!!! Looking forward to meeting more toothy riders in 2013 but can't make SW in Utah had already planned Milwaukee 110th!

I've been to coastal Maine several times, spectacular seafood, local beers and scenery. Plus, the locals always seem gracious to visitors--prolly cause they ain't got to tolerate but two months (July, Aug,) of touristy activity every year.

It gets real crowded in the summer just because it is a really pretty state. Tourism and fishing are one of the mayor income producing activities in the state and paper manufacturing. I recommend people, if the raly is decided to be in Maine on 2014, is to get here few days early and ride the coast of Maine that is very special, and during the rally we will hit the mountains, wild country, incredible views, lakes, twistis and friendship. We might try to get a long ride to the coast to some incredible spots but the traffic is wicked for a big group to be in and will depend on time. The locals are used to seeing big groups on bikes, because is fairly common in the summer for local clubs rides and out of state groups that come to Maine.

Keep talking like this and I might not be able to w8 until 2014!!
I'm guessing it wouldn't take much convincing to get a long weekend trip that way with Quicksand this summer!

COMON DOWN THAT THE RIDING IS RIGHT!! just Let me know when and I am ready. Northwoods and I are planing on riding, charting and timing routs for the rally, national or regional depends but I am off every weekend.

Im willing to travel anywhere to attend SW4. However i do think it is important to have attended a previous SW to see what works & what does'nt. I would like to see SW get bigger & better every year. IMHO
