SE Heavy Breather Question

I just got the SE Heavy Breather for my bike and when installing it I came to the black plastic adaptor part where you use it in the backplate to reduce down for bikes with the 50mm intake which I assume is stock on the 2012 RGC. Am I correct in using this part for my install, I think I am but would like to know from those that may have installed these on their bikes. Thanks

It will work fine. transferred mine from my 08 to my new 2012 FLTRX.

FYI I did the install correct, you do use the black plastic adapter with the stock throttle bodies !! I really like the looks of the Heavy Breather with the chrome cover !!
