I did call, no answer and no way to leave massage.
If there is a 3-5 week wait for delivery, I am going to go a different route and buy something that I can get right away.

I remember seeing a thread that said they had the 2-1-2 in stock. Hopefully that is still the case for you.

They sent me the last one they had in stock and it has internal ceramic coating issues.
we will get it sorted out, these are good folks that stand by their products

What does that mean? I got one a couple of weeks ago so probably from the same batch. How did the problem present itself?

did you look at the coating inside the pipe? if so did it look anything like to pic on the web site?

Ordered one and received within two days a month or so ago ~ the backlog has ended I think.
