All, thanks for the info trying to figure out if I'll be retiring or staying in the AF for a couple more years. I want FM 107 in my sled, need to pull the trigger. Having had a 00 Softail Standard, 03 RK, and now a 10 RG, I have always heard the HD heads are airflow restrictive. Wouldn't it be better to go with a different head and the FM 107, or just keep stock, or polish flow the stock heads? Everyones thoughts?

My buddy installed the FM 107 kit on his Road King and I can attest as I've ridden it a few times, it is phenomenal.

I've purchased FM's ceramic headpipe and their 4" Jackpots and I'm very happy. Customer service is excellent due to the multiple times I've requested maps as I tweaked and installed other performance components (SE-255 cams, etc...). Who else do you know has map profiles for the countless performance combinations we can install on our bikes.

Now that my RG is out of warranty, I will be pull the trigger on the 107 kit in a couple of years. Will ride my bike to Jamie's shop and since he's going to split the cases, might as well have the heads done too. I'll just go to Milwaukee for a couple of days and visit the HD museum as he is working on my bike.
