Custom Dynamic light question
Looking to revamp the front / real lights with a CD setup.
My question is on the turn signals... are the signals on the FLTRX consider the "duece" style?
I would like to replace the lense caps w/ these bullseye style caps...

Aside from that... anyone have good / bad experience with CD? I loved Hutmos setup at SW2 if anyone had a chance to check those out!
Thanks
Dan

Yes, these CD puppies are a great product with a lifetime warranty. Here's the link to the turn-signal LEDs:

...and you want "Bullet Style".
I suggest you do all four corners (a LOT brighter than the stock incandescents). If you do go that route, then you'll also need a load equalizer:

I have a brand new one for sale for an FLTRX if you are interested. Only reason I am selling it is because I am getting an Ultra and it uses a different version of the SE.

I installed 2 sets - one on the Road Glide, another on my wife's Sporty. Road Glide was the easiest. Here is my install thread:
http://www.roadglide.org/showthread....ustom+dynamics
I had one LED go out on one of the front turn signals - CD was quick to ship a new assembly out at no charge.
They are easy to install and are bright as hell.

There are indeed two different ways to "equalize" the load... simple resistive (gets hot) or solid-state (doesn't get hot).
Both types are shown on the page that link I provided goes to and for sure, the solid-state type is more expensive but a whole lot better for a bagger in my opinion too. Other scoots can sometimes locate the resistive type in a safe place though so CD offers a choice.

Thanks for the information. Going to go with the kit with all 4 lights, load balancer, and lenses.
Any chance we get a forum discount?

Eastern Performance is a Custom Dynamics retailer and can get Biketronics parts. Price will be cheaper than direct and free shipping.

I did the front and rear turnsignal replacements as well as the rear brake light. I have had no problems at all and am very happy with the increased visibility. Everyone comments on the brightness. I am using the CD load equalizer with the HD turn/brake module for the rear turn signals.
