you have to measure from the top of the radio to the top of where you want the windshield to hit.

I only have measurements down to a 13 so far,but it'll help.

The 12 is 6.5 inches from the top of the radio. I'm 5'8 and slouch while riding 12 is perfect for me.

I ordered a 12" light tint. Hopefully, it's better than the HD 12" I hated.

Another happy customer here. Just received and installed a 13 inch medium tint. Great quality, looks real good, and works awesome. I'll have to get the wife on the back for a full testimonial, but solo it was awesome. I'm 6'0', and I look just over the top of it. If I slouch a bit I look through it. The clarity is good so no issue there. Glad I went medium tint and not dark, as the medium is about as dark as you would want if looking through it.

I was running a wind splitter the dealer had on it when I bought it. Coming off a wide glide I was fine, but the wife was getting beat up.... I'll post pics and my wife's thoughts soon!

Ok now I'm getting alittle nerves I just had the 13in mako dark tint shipped this is going on a RGU I'm 6'0 w/32 inseam I hope I look over it and be fine or this will be a 3rd shield. I had a 12 in wv and thought the 13 would be a little better at 70-80mph with no wind hitting the top of my helmet.

You will be looking over it for sure. I'm 5-10 30 inseam and I'm looking way over the 13 Mako on my RGU. In fact maybe a tad too much.

13" medium tint on mine. For reference, 12.5" apes. Also remember that the 15" measures the same as the stock shield from the top of the radio to the top of the shield - 9", so the thirteen is 2" shorter

Depending on who is measuring me I'm between 5' 10.5" & 5' 11"+ with a 30" inseam. I bought the 13" light tint for my HD Signature seat which is a little taller than stock and it works great. I also bought a 12" clear to try when they were at 50% off. Of course the snow and ice won't be gone in MT for a while so the 12" test will have to wait.
