Not to hijack the thread - but how are you making out after the storm?

I'm very happy to say for my family and myself we are OK thank you. For the most part here in my area we are OK but in Breezy Point Far Rock away Queens NY with the help of Sandy and the fire dept not being able to get to the homes due to the 5 feet of water more than 80 homes were destroyed by a fire that spread by wind and gas fed fires. That was the biggest but there are others in smaller amounts of 12 homes on 3 city blocks that were burnt down to the ground as well.....my heart goes out to them because whatever the water didn't take the fire destroyed.

Thanks with the help, I bought the iron aces mount and im not liking the way the cradle for gps looks when no gps unit in it! Think im just going to put gps elsewhere and use velcro to stick i pod touch on iron aces mount...

Here's mine. I-phone waterproof case mounted to the right of dash, trusty Garmin Quest on a handlebar mount, and UHF radio mounted under the stereo.

I found the right place for me to mount the Garmin nuvi 40 lm.... Yess I did take the velcro of the iron aces mount!
