I'd like to think that a have a sense of style that is different but understated. That said, I hated the look of the RG. However, after I test rode one at demo days in Daytona in 2011, I KNEW my next bike was going to be a RG, while still hating the look of the shark nose. But I spent a lot of time looking at what could be done to the fairing and for me, the addition of the fairing trim and the windshield trim makes the fairing the coolest looking bike for me. All of my batwing buddies are like ... " Dannggg,". I know I got the right ride for me.

I never thought I would own a touring bike but always thought that, if the day ever came, the shark nose would be my choice. I always preferred it over the bat wing. I also liked the fact that you didn't see too many of them. When the opportunity to buy a new 2012 RGC came up, I jumped at it. Fugly? I think not!

Yep. They are ugly!
The fairing looks misplaced on there but damn are they functional!
I am not exactly pretty myself so it's a good fit!
