I was lucky enough to get a computer version PDF of the 2009 Touring Service Manual... do you guys know if anything has been changed between 2009 and my 2013 bike to warrant not using this?

depends on how deep you wanna go. if you plan on tearing into the engine, the newer bikes come stock with the se compensator. the 09 didn't. so thats a big change right there. if you just plan on using it for general guidelines (removal of fork tubes, etc) it should probably be okay. but for any in depth stuff, i wouldn't chance it.

I am doing the 1000 mile service on my 2013 this morning and will refer to my 2011 book, I do see that belt tension specs have changed slightly with the 13 though.

Dang!.. Where'd you find the 09 manual in PDF? I just coughed up the $60 for the paperback a few weeks ago, but would much rather have gotten an electronic copy since I use my iPad so much.....
