What do I need to change bars on a 2006?

My buddy just bought a 2006 rg and wants me to install some 12" apes on it. What do I need to do 12" apes? Cables, brake lines, wire extensions?

Nothing for 12". I put the Todd's Cycles on my '07. Happy with the results. Took maybe 20 mins to do
